My name is Jo Whitby and I am a 2nd Year Media Studies with Visual Cultures student at UWIC in Wales. Outside of uni I run the music and culture webzine Cat On The Wall and am also behind the band Radio Phone-In amongst other things.

One of my subject areas within my degree is Subcultures and Fandom which requires me to look at the fans of a particular artist/film etc. By December I will have written 5000 words on the subcultures and fandom in relation to my chosen artist IAMX.

In order to reach those 5000 words I will need to basically analyse you guys, what you do as fans, how you think - I need to get inside of your minds!!
